How do Pre-Orders Work?

Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked with “PRE-ORDER” in their title and/or description.

These products marked with “PRE-ORDER” will only begin shipping from November 29th.


If you have items in your cart that are labelled as “PRE-ORDER” along with other standard/in-stock items, they will all ship together once your pre-order items become available on or after the 29th of November.


If you wish to avoid this, we recommend ordering “PRE-ORDER” items together (so they ship as soon as they become available), and placing a separate order for non-pre-order products, as these will be available to ship sooner.


Why are some items marked as PRE-ORDERS?

These are our newest items, and as such may still be in the delivery process to our warehouse. We source materials and packaging from all across the globe, and although we may have arranged these with our suppliers much earlier in the year, the impact of COVID-19 on supply chains and freight has severely delayed the delivery of some stock – meaning we receive some of these before others. 


For example: with our Gift Sets, we may order the boxes from Asia, the inserts from Europe, and the note cards locally in Australia. We will receive the note cards first as shipping is quicker domestically, however we cannot fulfil any orders with Gift Sets until we receive all components, and shipping times can vary greatly between countries.


Fortunately we make all of our Fairy Floss right here in Australia, so your Fluffe will always be fresh!



Can I add/remove items from my PRE-ORDER?

Of course – just send us an email to preorders@fluffe.com with your order number and what you would like to adjust. We will be able to edit your pre-order, as long as this is done before it is dispatched.


Is there any chance that PRE-ORDERS will ship before this date?

We know Christmas time is a stressful season, especially for online shopping, so we endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as we can. In saying this, please do not contact us to ask if we can ship your order early – we are working very busily to process orders during the November/December, and inquiries like this only add to the stress we are already under (and we will not prioritise your order before others). 
If your pre-order is dispatched before November 29th, you will receive an email notification along with relevant tracking details.
Please do not contact us to ask “when” your pre-order will be shipped, assume it will be dispatched on November 29th.



Christmas Cut-Offs

Please note we cannot guarantee delivery by, on or before certain dates. The dates listed below are based on guidelines provided by our delivery partner Australia Post and it is their recommendation that orders be placed by these dates, to allow the best possible chance of receiving your parcel by December 24th.

With all of our shipments, we partner with Australia Post and entrust them to safely deliver your items. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with a unique link to your tracking details, so you can easily see its whereabouts online. If you are concerned about the status of your shipment (it’s showing as delayed, late or missing) please contact Australia Post directly first as they are privy to more detailed tracking information.

Office Shut Down Period

We will close our offices on December 22nd 2021 for the Holiday period.

We will return January 10th 2022. 

Orders placed between these dates, will not be fulfilled until after January 10th.
