Shipping

Please note that there may be unexpected delays during holiday periods (namely December) so please

We currently ship our products within Australia (the motherland) as well as to select international countries. See the full list with delivery estimates below.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 working days for us to process and fulfil your order, before it is shipped. We are constantly making fresh product, in small batches to ensure quality and freshness, so sometimes we are low on stock and want to be able to send you the freshest possible product which may have been made in one of those days it takes to process your order – if we do have your required products fresh and available, your order will be fulfilled and dispatched earlier where possible.

We do ask that you acknowledge the 2–3 day processing time when planning to order, so please take this into account when placing an order as a gift or for time-sensitive deliveries. Even when placing an order with the express delivery option, we still require time to process your order.

Make the most of your Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based off of the total weight of your order, as most of our products are so light (such as individual bags which are 9g-25g) it can be worthwhile to add a few extra to make the most out of the delivery fee – especially for international orders. We use Australia Post to send all of our orders. You can find more information about their services and calculate precise delivery-estimates for international deliveries here.
