About Fluffe

We spin premium fairy floss for some of the world’s most creative brands (and thousands of sweet-toothed Aussies). We’re a small, talkative crew who care about design, quality, and making people smile. If you like chill teams, clear standards, and the occasional games night, you’ll fit right in.

 

The role

You’ll join our Maker squad to:

• Manufacture + pack Fluffe to daily KPIs (accuracy, pace, quality, safety)
  

• Rotate across tasks: spinning, weighing, sealing, cleaning, organising inventory, and order fulfilment
  

• Pitch in on content at times so customers can meet the humans behind the sugar
  

• Work on-site only at our Yagoona HQ (this can’t be done remotely)
  
  

Shifts: Mon–Fri, anytime 9am–5pm, typically 3–5 hours each*
Pay: Casual role paid under the Food, Beverage & Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020 with casual loading. For reference, the adult (21+) casual rate is approx. $30–32/hr.

 

Requirements (must-haves)

• Legal right to work in Australia, and able to work weekday daytime hours (school commitments respected if under 18)
  

• Comfortable with repetitive, meditative work, standing for a few hours, and a little sugar dust
  

• Clear, friendly communication — Fluffe is a safe, drama-free workplace
  

• Team player who’s proactive and reliable
  

• Willing to rotate into cleaning, inventory and fulfilment tasks
  

• Comfortable appearing in content
  

• Two references

• It’s fast-paced with strict KPIs; we’ll train you and expect proficiency within 2 weeks (most people get the hang of it in week one).
