Casual Administration Assistant
(Office, Customer Service & Fulfilment Support)
Yagoona, NSW • Mon–Fri between 9am–5pm • ~12–15 hrs/week (3 days ideally)
We’re hiring 1 casual Administration Assistant (with potential to grow permanent).

The role
You’ll join our team to:

Reply to customer and retailer emails

Accept wholesale orders and generate invoices in Xero

Assist with office organisation, filing, scanning, and supplies

Print shipping labels and prepare dispatch paperwork

Pick, pack, and organise customer orders (light fulfilment tasks, no heavy lifting)

Keep trackers and spreadsheets updated

Pitch in across admin and day-to-day operations
Shifts: Mon–Fri, anytime 9am–5pm, typically 4–5 hours/day across ~3 days
Pay: Casual role paid under the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 with casual loading. For reference, the adult (21+) casual rate is approx. $32–34/hr.
Requirements (must-haves)

Legal right to work in Australia, and able to work weekday daytime hours

Excellent written communication and strong spoken English

Confident using basic computer tools (email, Google Docs/Sheets)

Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

Comfortable appearing in content occasionally

Two references
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Xero • Shopify/e-commerce familiarity • good spreadsheet skills • interest in organisation and improving workflows.
The tricky bits (so there are no surprises)

There’s a mix of emails, invoicing, and order processing; some tasks are repetitive by nature.

Office-based role with some light fulfilment — not a hybrid or work-from-home position.
