if you plan on ordering online, please read these first
Shipping within Australia generally takes less than one week from the date of dispatch - it may take longer during holiday periods & to rural locations. You will be sent the relevant tracking info once your order has been dispatched.
If you choose to purchase Express Shipping, please know that once your parcel has been sent it will spend less time in transit & arrive sooner but it will not be sent the very next day after ordering.
International orders have different shipping times, depending on the distance of the country from Australia. They typically take one or two weeks to arrive once dispatched, but can sometimes take up to three weeks in certain scenarios (they can also sometimes take less than a week). International shipping includes tracking information.
Please note that orders are not dispatched immediately after being placed - we make them fresh, just for you!
ALL orders are sent with Australia Post and come with tracking info which will be sent to you via email or SMS, once your order has been dispatched.

NORTH AMERICA : United States, Canada, Mexico. EUROPE : United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Slovakia, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands.
Shipping times vary, especially depending on the state they're being sent to in your country. Here are some general times for how long your Fluffë will take before it gets to you once dispatched:

There are additional fees for delivery of orders outside of Australia. You will see the exact fee in checkout (before you pay) but these will help give you an idea before ordering.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for Fluffë Boxes, as this is a food product so please choose wisely when picking flavours. Orders will not be refunded/exchanged for 'change of mind', or if there is a delay in delivery – we do our best to dispatch all orders in a timely manner (once weekly) via Australia Post, and pass on delivery time estimates as they are provided to us by them directly. If your order arrives melted or in any state less than fluffy please contact us immediately (within 12hrs of receiving your order) with photos via email and we will do our best to help you out. But please understand that there is always risk associated with ordering online, and although we do our absolute best to protect our delicate products from this rough world & it's journey to your mouth, your floss will most likely undergo a bit of compression by the time it gets to you - as we do not posses control over every postal system, or the sun.
