Pre-Orders

Please note that all orders placed through our site from November 2nd 2020 – November 19th 2020 are considered pre-orders and we will begin shipping them FROM November 20th 2020.

*we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels during the delivery process.

 

Cut off dates for delivery by Christmas as per Australia Post

Below are the dates you should place your order by to ensure delivery before Christmas Day. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels during the delivery process, and these dates are expressly provided to us by Australia Post.

If you need to know the whereabouts of your parcel during the delivery process, you can contact Australia Post here as they are privy to more detailed tracking information than us and will be better able to assist with your delivery-related queries.

 

For delivery before December 25th:

Australia

Standard Delivery

Domestic orders with Standard Delivery should be placed by December 12th

Express Delivery

Domestic orders with Express Delivery should be placed by December 15th

 

International

International Standard Delivery

International orders with Standard Delivery should be placed by December 5th

International Express Delivery

International orders with Express Delivery should be placed by December 9th

Please note that International Express Delivery is only available to certain countries and will appear as an option in the checkout process, if it is available to you.

Orders placed outside of these dates may not arrive in time for Christmas Day/December 25th.

 

Shut Down Period

Fluffe will be shutting down over Christmas to give all of our staff a much deserved break. Any orders placed between December 25th – January 3rd, will be processed and fulfilled from January 4th 2021, when we resume work.
