Domestic Orders

Shipping within Australia generally takes less than one week from the date of dispatch - it may take longer during holiday periods & for rural locations. Orders take a few days to process & be made (unless specified) before they are sent out. Don't worry though, you will be emailed tracking info once your order has been sent

If you choose to purchase Express Shipping, please know that once your parcel has been sent it will spend less time in transit & arrive sooner (giving it less time to melt in the post) but it will not be sent the very next day after ordering.

International Orders

International orders have different shipping times, depending on the distance of the country from Australia. They typically take one or two weeks to arrive once dispatched, but can sometimes take up to three weeks in certain scenarios (they can also sometimes take less than a week). International shipping includes tracking information. 

Please note that orders are not dispatched immediately after being placed - we make them fresh, just for you!

ALL orders are sent with Australia Post and come with tracking info which will be sent to you via email, once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees

There are additional fees for delivery of orders outside of Australia. You will see the exact fee in checkout (before you pay) but these will help give you an idea before ordering.

ASIA: Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia, Brunei, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Russia. NORTH AMERICA: United States, Canada, Mexico. EUROPE: United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands.


We do not accept returns for Fluffë Boxes, as this is a food product. If your order arrives melted or in any state less than fluffy please contact us immediately with photos (via email) and we will do our best to help you out. But please understand that there is always risk associated with ordering online, and although we do our absolute best to protect our delicate products from this rough world & it's journey to your mouth, your floss will probably undergo a bit of compression by the time it gets to you - as we do not posses control over every postal system, or the sun.



We do our very best to ensure that each box is perfectly & carefully packaged, and that bags are in pristine condition before we send them out, but we cannot control how the postal system handles your order or the temperature at which your order is kept - which generally means that your floss will arrive a tad more compressed than when we packed it (but still perfectly fluffy).
